Once your subscription expires, you can renew it for your preferred duration in the “Subscription Boxes” section.

The MyMini LoveBox Subscription Box includes a selection of clothing, accessories, toys, hygiene products, feeding essentials, and more, with a total value of over 300 BGN. Each month, the selection is unique and different from the previous one, making it a surprise for you and your baby when it arrives.

The boxes are available for children aged 0 to 3 years, and each selection is personalized for every little customer.

When placing your first order, you will complete a questionnaire to help us tailor the selection to your baby’s needs. Each following month, we will update your baby’s profile to ensure continued personalization.

We collaborate with premium brands such as Jollein, Blossom and Pear, Cheeky Chompers, Sam and Louloutte, Baby Bello, Paz Rodriguez, and others. These exclusive brands are not widely available in Bulgaria but stand out for their quality, innovation, beauty, and attention to the needs of little ones.

Orders must be placed by the 7th of each month, and subscription boxes are delivered between the 25th and 30th of the same month.

If you place an order after the 7th, your box will be processed and delivered the following month.

Yes, absolutely! You can gift a subscription to a loved one by visiting the “Subscription Boxes” section, selecting the desired subscription duration, and mentioning in the order comments that it is a gift. We will then contact you to coordinate the next steps.

The MyMini LoveBox Gift Boxes are designed for special moments and loved ones.

Each box contains 7 carefully selected items, tailored to the occasion—whether it’s a newborn’s homecoming, a traditional Pogacha celebration, or a baby’s first teeth.

Personalization of Subscription Boxes:

With your first order, you will fill out a questionnaire, helping us select the right products tailored to your baby’s needs. Each month, we update your baby’s profile to ensure continued personalization throughout your subscription.

Personalization of Gift Boxes:

During checkout, in the “Comments” section, you can specify the recipient’s name and include a personal message, which we will send along with the box.

Yes, you can cancel an active or requested subscription by sending an email with the subject “Subscription Cancellation” to support@myminilovebox.com, including the details you provided in your subscription order.

Cancellation applies to all remaining boxes until the end of the subscription, starting from the date the cancellation request is received.

If a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription is canceled, MyMini LoveBox reserves the right to recalculate the monthly price of the boxes already received at the full rate of 159 BGN per box. The difference will be refunded via bank transfer.
