These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between MyMini LoveBox (the website) and you (the user) regarding the services offered by MyMiniLoveBox.com. By browsing the pages, clicking on objects, or following links on MyMiniLoveBox.com, you agree to, accept, and are bound by these Terms of Service.

To provide our services and fulfill your orders, we require the following information:

• Billing and shipping address

 

You can update your details at any time from your personal account.

 

The data collected during orders, registration, or browsing will be used solely for the purpose of providing services—processing orders, sending newsletters, contacting you in case of order issues, and improving our services.

Your account and personal data can be permanently deleted upon request.

 

3. Content

 

3.1. MyMini LoveBox contains materials and products provided by third parties, for which MyMini LoveBox is not responsible. The customer uses them at their own discretion and risk.

 

3.2. Materials and products owned by third parties offered through MyMini LoveBox are not covered by this agreement, and MyMini LoveBox does not provide warranties for them.

 

4. Delivery

 

4.1. MyMini LoveBox delivers its service through a courier service with cash on delivery or prepaid orders to the specified address within Bulgaria. The customer is obligated to accept the delivery and pay for it at the time of receipt.

 

4.2. If the customer fails to receive the delivery on the first attempt, they are responsible for covering the costs of a second delivery attempt.

 

4.3. MyMini LoveBox is not responsible for unclaimed prepaid subscriptions that have remained at a courier office (Speedy or Econt) for more than 7 business days. This applies to both home deliveries and courier office pickups.

 

5. Payment Methods

 

5.1. Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt of the order.

5.2. Prepayment via ePay/EasyPay or credit/debit card.

 

6. Returns Policy

 

6.1. You can return purchased products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The products are in their original packaging.
• There are no signs of use, damage, or stains.
• The original receipt or invoice is included in the return package.
• The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

6.2. Refunds cover only the product value, excluding shipping costs. If the order was paid for on delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 14 days from the return request.

7. Subscription

 

7.1. The MyMini LoveBox subscription service is available for 3, 6, or 12 months, providing one subscription box per month for the selected period without requiring additional monthly orders.

 

7.2. The subscription price can be paid via cash on delivery upon receiving the first box or prepaid through the MyMini LoveBox website. A shipping fee applies to each delivery.

 

7.3. Customers can cancel their active subscription by sending an email with the subject “Subscription Cancellation” to support@myminilovebox.com, including the details provided during the subscription order. Cancellation applies to all remaining boxes from the date the request is received.

 

7.4. In case of subscription cancellation (3, 6, or 12 months), MyMini LoveBox reserves the right to recalculate the price of the already received boxes at the full monthly rate of 159 BGN per box. The difference between the paid amount and the recalculated total will be refunded via bank transfer.

 

8. Policy Changes

 

MyMini LoveBox reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as the structure of the website, without prior notice. Changes will be published on the website.

 

 

9. Technical Issues

 

MyMini LoveBox is not responsible for any partial or full inaccessibility of the website due to technical problems beyond its control.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

For any matters not covered by these terms, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
